Distribution

We will ship your items postage-free from an order value of CHF 0.-. For small orders only of accessories & lamps, a processing fee of CHF 25.- will be charged.

Deliveries are made within 7 working days. We usually carry the items on stock. In special cases, there may be delays of up to 60 days due to the long lead times of the overseas freight.

The deliveries will exclusively be delivered by DPD during normal working hours. Please choose the shipping address in order, that someone can receive the package. Delivery is registered by signature at the risk of the recipient. The delivery of large luminaires or large quantity orders is made by a forwarding agency.

Visible transport damage must be reported immediately upon receipt of the courier or within 24 hours by e-mail to bubblelamp@codes.ch with picture documents.

Complaints due to defects or due to incomplete or incorrect delivery are to be notified to us immediately by email, no later than 5 days from the date of delivery with photo document.

Returns without prior agreement are at your own risk.

We will only accept returns if not agreed otherwise.
